What does “Yalmeh” mean? First, it is pronounced: <Yal-mah>. It’s meaning: Radiant- Shining- Beautiful- Glowing- Bright- Brilliant

Here is a simple way to describe what Yalmeh represents:

Yalmeh® Naturals exists as the result of Jacklin Yalmeh’s vision.

Jacklin was very young when she decided to leave her family and friends behind. She felt the love in her family, but she couldn't stand the way the government rules were against women rights and humanity. According to their law women had no value in society... She wasn’t allowed to work or to have a higher education, and her dreams weren’t possible in that country.

So Jacklin made a painful but powerful decision, and left the country and went to Turkey to pursue her dreams. It was a big sacrifice, but she knew it was worth doing it.

In Turkey, life was so hard and bitter she had to work in three different part-time jobs to survive and support herself, and it was very challenging as you can probably imagine.

Jacklin was working from early morning until midnight. She was working long hours, she didn't have enough sleep and was under lots of pressure and stress, and she didn't have the proper diet of course and because of that, her body developed the health and skin disorder.

Her body was weak, and her skin was so sensitive and painful most of the time. Her under eyes were so dark, so people use to look at her differently and whisper behind her back, and some were asking her do you smoke or what kind of drugs do you use and awful things like that? At that young age, It was excruciating to hear these discouraging words all the time.

But she wasn't using any drugs or smoke, people were judging her by her skin condition. She has spent lots of money and time on different skin, yet I didn’t see any result.

After Jacklin moved to the US her life changed, United State gave her everything, this country gave her hope, freedom, voice, and many opportunities and she is grateful forever.

The got the chance to do research, study, and experiment on different natural and plant-based ingredients. And finally, after lots of research, she discovered the formulation that helped her to overcome the skin issues that were causing her all these unnecessary pains. Natural, plant-based ingredients are the basis of all the formulations in her products. Jacklin tried over-the-counter skin care products from high-end European or even some American manufacturers and most of them either had the chemical in them or they were so expensive which was out of her budget.

Jacklin is super passionate about helping and educating people that have skin problems, so she wanted to create the line of skin care that made by high-quality plant-based and organic ingredients that both women and men could afford to buy and also protect and repair their skin.

Jacklin's rule was: “No toxic products in my brand.” No cancer causing additives, no mineral oil, no sulfates, no propylene glycol or paraben were going to be in any of the products. And so Yalmeh brand was born on October 2013.
